Technical Specification
- Operation speed: between 800 to 1200 Ft/min, depending to the out-of-round of the roll and the thickness of the sheet.
- Roll dimension: from 24 to 120'' and up to 60'' of diameter.
- Type of paperboard: most of medium for corrugator and liner without wax or amidon couch. Be sur that your process remove all stiky material as tar to avoid the clogging on the abrasive grinding wheels surfaces.
Description
The Systech skiver has been designed to create a roll with 2 or more smaller rolls.
We skive one side of each roll. The skived sides are glued together, reeled and handled to the winder. We can create many sets on the reel. The skive patern avoid to overlap the sheets that create a build up on the roll.
